HOSPITALITY AS A VERB
I’LL TAKE YOU THERE
Trust me, if your property can “earn its spot” in the hearts of travelers & locals alike, its gravitational pull will reach well beyond your zip code.
This goal has been a cornerstone of my career – connecting culture and innovative economic development drivers to create vibrant places, hotels, resorts, and restaurants that become ‘beloved’ anchors in their communities.
Much has been written and discussed about the meaning of ‘true hospitality.’ For me, it’s 100% personal. You hold the power to lead from the heart and build an internal human-centered culture at your property that is valued by your team and remembered by your guests. Now more than ever, the role of hospitality can serve with an energized purpose in shaping opportunities for new kinds of human connection. Hospitality’s vital and glorious role within the social constructs of community is packed with new meaning and potential through today’s lens.

The Estate Yountville, Hotel Villagio
We re-wrote the story of this gracious multi-acre property with Brookfield, Hospitality. The Estate Yountville, anchored by its two luxury hotels with decidedly different personalities – the sinfully good and very social Hotel Villagio & the serene and stylish Vintage House, and packed with restaurants, a lush vineyard, curated event spaces and a glorious spa, is a vibrant heartbeat in the town of Yountville and a beacon for the entire Napa Valley region.

THE GREAT ESCAPE
The Halcyon Hotel was imagined as a luxurious home away from home, like an invitation to a friend’s mountain escape yet with all the access to the city. This special project was created with our long-time clients and friends at SAGE Hospitality. Comfortably simple and simply beautiful –the spaces are packed with locally inspired comforts, touchpoints, and experiences, Halcyon captures a true sense of place, what it feels like to be in Denver and feel the sun and energy of nature.

The Mayflower
Relaunched and rebranded as an iconic independent hotel, The Mayflower is ready to again take its commanding post as a gracious ambassador of this powerful international city – restating its D.C. distinction as the capital city’s true original.
